In the event of an error caused by Soluciones de Nuevas Tecnologías S.L. in the supply of the material, the customer may request the return of the material, provided that no more than 10 calendar days have passed since the delivery date, for which it must be sent to our Repairs/Returns Department, which will reply within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the request. From then on, the client has 5 working days to send the material.
The acceptance of material in return does not mean the definitive acceptance of the return of the material. This acceptance will only be final after verification of the material in our technical department. Any returned material will not be accepted if it does not correspond to what is indicated in the request.
Neither will we accept returns of used material, incomplete, or that is not in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted due to the client's error, who confirms in each order that "he understands the content of the order and that the products included satisfy his requirements".
