The Kathrein antenna-integrated Reader ARU 8500 is the all-in-one device for direction detection.
Active and passive RFID tags can be read in the frequency range of 865 to 868 MHz (865 to 867 MHz for India) and 902 to 928 MHz (916 to 928 MHz for Peru).
Due to an integrated module based on Linux, it is possible to use the reader as a stand-alone system.
Recognizes dynamic and static RFID tags, prevents wrong inventory and protects against theft. It is compatible with all the features of the market leading transponder chips for security, authentication and encryption.
